# Al crear un destinatario, el banco de destino no aparece en el listado, ¿qué hago?

## Si el banco al que quieres transferir no figura en nuestro listado, no te preocupes, ¡te ayudamos a solucionarlo!

Para lograrlo, solo necesitas enviarnos un documento oficial o una captura de pantalla donde se vean claramente los datos de la cuenta de destino. Puedes enviarlo a **registro@currencybird.cl,**  Whatsapp o bien mediante nuestro chat  y nuestro equipo revisará tu solicitud lo antes posible para darte alguna de estas respuestas: 

- **Si el banco ya está disponible**, te indicaremos el nombre correcto de nuestro listado.
- **Si el banco no está en nuestro sistema**, lo agregaremos para que puedas completar tu transferencia
